      Hi Eilís
Hi Eilis I’ve resent the email to your account but in case theres a problem, heres the recipe for the chocolate cake:

      300g dark chocolate
      200g unsalted butter
      6 large eggs
      200g caster sugar
      1 teaspoon coffee extract
      150g ground almonds
      1 rounded teaspoon flour
      pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 170oC/gas mark 3, line base and sides of 20cm square tin. Melt chocolate and butter over hot water.
Whisk egg yolks and caster sugar until pale and doubled in size. Add cooled chocolate and butter mixture and coffee extract and stir until smooth.
Fold in ground almonds and flour, using a large metal spoon.
Separately whisk egg whites and salt until you reach stiff peaks. Stir one third of egg whites into chocolate mixture to loosen then fold in remainder
      using a large metal spoon.
Pour into prepared tin and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

      chocolate ganache:
      300g dark chocolate
      125g butter
      3 tbs double cream

Melt chocolate, butter and cream then stir well and leave to cool and thicken slightly.

Hope it works out for you!!

      Noreen
